Service Agreement
By booking with ATOB Removals UK, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide waste removal and clearance services as described on our website.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled collection are free. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
Liability
We are fully insured and licensed. While we take utmost care, liability is limited as per UK law. Customers must ensure all items for removal are accessible and safe to handle.
Prohibited Items
We cannot accept hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals, or other regulated waste. Please contact us if unsure about specific items.
Environmental Compliance
As a licensed waste carrier, we comply with all UK environmental regulations. All waste is disposed of legally at authorized facilities. We prioritize recycling and responsible disposal to minimize environmental impact.
Amendments
